Great continental breakfast, nice hotel in general, and private parking garage for guests. 1 mile from downtown Manhattan beach. Overall, a great experience.

Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was very good. The cookies giving at check in was a plus.

The hotel was clean and did not charge for parking. The breakfast was very nice. They had computer where I could print my boarding passes. They had wireless internet. A very big menu to chose from for in room service. I would definitely stay there again. ...read more

The rooms and overall facility were very nice, clean and well arranged.

A tiny bit off the beaten path, but it worked for our needs.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The facility felt safe and was attractive. The parking was very convenient. Overall a very nice facility.

Large rooms, clean, modern, kitchenette, easy garage access

Check-in time of 3 pm is too late. This was difficult to fit into my plans.

Clean, modern with large rooms with living area and kitchen. The location's not the greatest being right on very busy PCH Rte. 1 with access to entrance not the easiest if you're coming from the South. You need to make a U turn to get to the the other side. Once in, however, the hotel is nice, with access directly to your suite from the garage. Beach is not within walking distance but short drive. ...read more

The phone was not correct. I requested a double beds and was not able to confirm.

The hotel is difficult to access from the street. Phone is not correct. The airconditioner did not work. The staff was not very friendly.

I liked the spaciousness of the hotel room as well as its location.

Had some ants in my room that were somewhat of an annoyance.

The room was large and clean, but smelled funny. I think because they put all guests on upper floors, and only us below it might have been mold.

First floor, sandbags around all rooms but ours, baby above us and toilet flushing 12 times all night! - Noisy, for not having many customers.

It was far from the beach, not many customers, and it was obvious they put us deliberatly on the 1st floor, alone, with sandbags everywhere. A king sized bed would have been appreciated. This is the 1st time we were a bit disappointed. We have had 3 fabulous hotels in N.Y. with you, so I guess I was feeling very confident of the quality we had always received. ...read more
